"X-Mapper Lite" is an auxiliary application designed for the X-Plane Desktop flight simulator, utilized to monitor aircraft locations on a real-world map.

<ul>
<li>This application is intended for backward compatibility with older versions of X-Plane. For users of X-Plane 11 or X-Plane 10.40 and later, it is recommended to explore the newly released X-Mapper TNG (a free App).</li>
<li>This program is compatible with the full or demo versions of X-Plane 9 or 10 Desktop (Mac/Windows/Linux) and is not compatible with X-Plane Mobile for iPhone/iPad.</li>

How to Utilize:

To use "X-Mapper Lite," launch X-Plane on your computer, then proceed with the in-application instructions to establish a network connection. Once set up, the location and heading of the simulated aircraft will be depicted by an orange icon. Switching Tracking Mode (automatic scrolling) can be done via the airplane button. Other map manipulations are akin to those in the standard "Maps" application.

Multi-Device Connectivity:

You can connect up to four iPhone/iPad devices concurrently, each running multiple instances of X-Mapper Lite. Simply download and install X-Mapper Lite on each device.

Obtaining X-Plane:

To run this application, you must have the Desktop versions of X-Plane 9 (9.69 or later) or 10. It is not suitable for use with the Mobile versions (iPhone/iPad) of X-Plane. Refer to the "Obtain X-Plane" option in the Info Menu for acquiring either the full version or downloading the free Demo version.
